Description

Medical professions; what constitutes practice. Adds "physician" to list of words that, when used in connection with a person's name, creates a presumption of intent to practice healing arts. This bill adds the requirement that no person other than those who have received a degree as a medical doctor or doctor of osteopathy shall use the term "physician" in connection with his name or practice.
