Description

In-state tuition; reclassification. Provides that if a student obtains a reclassification of domiciliary status from an out-of state-student to an in-state student and such initial out-of-state classification is due to administrative error, the differential between out-of-state tuition and in-state tuition paid by the student must be returned by the institution of higher education.
