Department of Conservation and Recreation; Virginia Golden Age Card Program. Provides for the Department of Conservation and Recreation to establish a Virginia Golden Age Card authorizing citizens of the Commonwealth who are 60 years of age or older to enter the camping facilities of Virginia's state parks at a 50% discount for a maximum of 14 days in any calendar year.
