Description

Restraining certain violations. Allows a zoning administrator or locality to record a notice of zoning ordinance enforcement action in the land records when there is an injunction or other zoning ordinance enforcement action pending against a property owner for a violation related to the maximum number of dwelling units permitted on a lot or the maximum occupancy limitations of a residential dwelling unit. Once recorded in the land records under the name of the property owner, successors in interest and assigns will be bound by the outcome of the litigation. Read the Bill »
