Description
Income tax; telework tax credit to aide transportation. Provides employers a one-time telework tax credit of up to $20,000 to offset program set-up costs, plus annual credits of up to $1,200 per new teleworker, for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2009, and prior to January 1, 2011. There is an annual $2 million cap on the amount of the credits that may be taken. Read the Bill »
