Description

Local government authority; registration of non-owner occupied residential dwellings; civil penalty. Authorizes localities to require all non-owner occupied residential dwellings to be registered on an annual basis. Failure to register shall be a $50 civil penalty; however, failure to register in conservation and rehabilitation districts designated by the governing body, or in other areas designated as blighted, is punishable by a civil penalty not exceeding $250. Why does someone need to register there non owner occupied property. Isn't it already registered? Real estate taxes? You guys would have saved the taxpayers a lot of money if you had stayed home this session. These bills all persecute tax paying citizens. Persecution. . .
