Description

Application of fertilizers. Requires a commercial applicator of fertilizers to obtain a soil analysis of the property on which he is applying a fertilizer and make that analysis available to the customer at the time the bill is paid. The bill provides a civil penalty of $500 for not providing the customer with the analysis. Read the Bill »

This bill is absolutely unenforceable.The Dept of Ag can't enforce what it has on its plate now. As a member of the lawn care industry, I can say there are better ways to accomplish whatever control of fertilizers Mr. Stuart is attempting to get.
