Description

Utility Facilities Act; renewable energy facilities. Excludes from the definition of a public utility any company if it is not organized as a public service company and if it generates and distributes renewable electric energy from a small generation facility of not more than 50 megawatts. The measure exempts such companies from the requirements of the Utility Facilities Act. Read the Bill »
