"interest" should ONLY accrue on accounts that follow FAIR CREDIT LENDING LAW. Provide a Truth-In-Lending and Good Faith Estimate to these poor souls too! Also, they should have IMMEDIATE reviews on Orders that have ANY arrearage 'claimed' in any case where arrearages are over $2500, since that's when their licenses get suspended and their passports get held hostage.
