Description
Motor fuels taxes. Increases the state motor fuels tax rate by $0.05 per gallon in increments of $0.01 per gallon in each of the next five fiscal years with the revenues deposited to the Highway Maintenance and Operating Fund. Read the Bill »

Finally, some common sense for road construction. This is the ultimate user fee. The more you drive the more you pay. I say bring it up to 10 cents a gallon.
