Expands the address confidentiality for victims of domestic violence program to the Counties of Albemarle, Arlington, Dickenson, Fairfax, Henry, Lee, Russell, Scott, Washington, and Wise as well as the Cities of Charlottesville, Martinsville, Norfolk, and Roanoke.
