Description
Second offense of assault and battery against a family member; penalty. Adds a five-day minimum mandatory term of confinement for a second (Class 1 misdemeanor) offense of assault and battery against a family or household member within 20 years. Currently, a third offense within 20 years is a Class 6 felony. Read the Bill »
