Comments
This is a good bill. All too often Judges ignore diversion and detention center options when considering probation violations. As a result many, who could be diverted into thses programs, are sent to prison to serve the previously suspended sentence. Also, the diversion and detention centers are under utilized and we end up building more prisons.
