Description
Restricted permit issuance for license suspension for nonpayment of fines and costs. Provides for the issuance of a restricted permit to a person whose operator's license is suspended for failure to pay fines and costs. Currently, the person may retain his full driving privilege when he maintains payments in accordance with his deferred or installment payment plan.
