Description
Regulation of wood burning fireplaces. In any locality with a population density of greater than 1,000 persons per square mile, the locality may by ordinance regulate the use of wood burning fireplaces in any portion of the locality where such use may constitute a nuisance to adjacent residences. DOES THIS MEAN i NO LONGER HAVE TO PAY PROPERTY TAX ON MY FIREPLACE BECAUSE I CAN NO LONGER USE IT?
Dear God, will someone please take this guy's computer, modem, pen, etc. away from him?
Anyone know what localities ("greater than 1,000 persons per square mile") would be affected by this stupid --- bill?
