Description
Transportation funding; dedication of existing retail sales and use tax revenues to the Transportation Trust Fund. Makes a dedication to the Transportation Trust Fund from revenues generated by the existing retail sales and use tax. The revenues generated by a one-half percent retail sales and use tax that are deposited into the general fund under current law would instead be dedicated to the Transportation Trust Fund. The bill would not increase revenues, but would dedicate additional current revenues to the Transportation Trust Fund. The bill would become effective July 1, 2010. Read the Bill »
