Description

Virginia Housing Trust Fund. Creates a dedicated source of funding through a percentage of the recordation tax to be used for the purpose of developing or preserving affordable or assessable housing in localities. Also, changes the name of the Fund from Virginia Housing Partnership Revolving Fund and establishes provisions for providing matching funds to localities. Read the Bill »
