Description

Transient occupancy tax; Arlington County. Extends the sunset date from January 1, 2009, to January 1, 2012, for Arlington Countys additional transient occupancy tax of one-fourth of one percent. Under current law, revenues from the tax are required to be used by the county for promoting tourism and business travel in the county. Read the Bill »
