Description

Elections; form of ballots. Provides that all candidates who are nominated by a political party or primary shall be identified by party on the ballot. Present law provides for party identification on the ballot only for candidates for federal, statewide, or General Assembly offices and not for candidates for local offices. Read the Bill »
