Mary Steele Yorktown VA writes:

Isn't there a law where he has to comply with federal regulations? If he doesn't, then isn't he guilty of harboring or aiding illegals in avoiding such laws?

Mary Steele Yorktown VA writes:

There may already be a law that accomplishes the same thing, without the use of 287 (g). Check with NumbersUSA, if you are interested.

Alanna Almeda writes:

Don't check with NumbersUSA for anything. They are part of the anti-immigrant movement Federation for American Immigration Reform, commonly known as FAIR. And yes I said 'anti-immigrant' not 'anti-illegal immigrant', NumbersUSA and FAIR are against legal immigration, if you are in doubt view the youtube video entitled 'Immigration Gumballs'. According to NumbersUSA, anybody that has immigrated to the United States after 1970 and their descendants are part of 'the immigration problem.'
