Comments
Hateful local governments run by ignorant, manipulative, hateful Christians can use this to humiliate and intimidate anyone they choose. With this law in place, anyone who is different loses the privacy of their home.
Um.
What?
Hardly. This was a guy who deliberately exposed himself--repeatedly-- to a woman as part of a broader harassment effort.
Language is problematic, to be sure, but is being worked on.
