Description

Nonpoint source reduction funding. Authorizes the Governor and General Assembly to provide additional funding in excess of the amount deposited in the Water Quality Improvement Fund from a budget surplus to fund nonpoint source pollution reduction activities. Amends § 32.1-227, § 32.1-228, § 32.1-228.1, § 32.1-229, § 32.1-229.01, § 32.1-229.1, § 32.1-229.2, § 32.1-229.3, § 32.1-232.1, § 32.1-233, § 32.1-234.1, § 32.1-235, § 32.1-238, of the Code of Virginia.
