I cannot see why this bill and previous similar bills do not get passed. It will not only help transportation, but will also help the horse racing industry, which I fear will not be able to survive without this bill. To be quite honest, horse racing cannot survive with out some form of slot machines. Pennsylvania, my former home, has gone that route and is succesfully opening new tracks. I know that House Speaker Howell is against this bill but without this, Colonial Downs, which is up for sale, will be developed into housing and a Walmart.
