Description

Behavioral health authority; board membership. Allows a member of a local governing body to be a member of a behavioral health authority's board of directors. Also allows members to serve more than three full terms, but not more than three full consecutive terms. After a one-year period has elapsed since the member's last three-year term, the governing body may reappoint that member. Read the Bill »
