Description

Commonwealth Law-Enforcement Mutual Aid Agreement. Establishes the Commonwealth Law-Enforcement Mutual Aid agreement. Each local police and sheriff's department in the Commonwealth will automatically participate in the agreement, unless the chief law-enforcement officer provides the Virginia Department of Emergency Management with written notice of withdrawal from the agreement.
