Description
Nonresident harvester's license. Increases the fee for nonresident commercial harvester's licenses required by the Marine Resources Commission (MRC) for those fishing in tidal waters and by the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries for those fishing in Back Bay to $850. The formula for allocating the proceeds of the license sales by MRC between funds is changed from the current procedure. Read the Bill »
