Description

Campaign finance disclosure; where and how to file candidate reports. Requires candidates for the General Assembly to file campaign finance disclosure reports electronically with the State Board of Elections beginning January 1, 2010. Present law gives General Assembly candidates the option to file electronically with the State Board or to file nonelectronic reports with the State Board and their localities. Read the Bill »
