Department of Treasury; Risk Management Division; liability coverage for certain volunteers. Provides for inclusion under the state's risk management plan volunteer drivers of the Meals on Wheels Association of America or any area agency on aging providing meal and nutritional services to persons who are elderly, homebound, or disabled, provided such volunteer drivers have successfully completed training approved by the Risk Management Division.
