Description

Alcoholic beverage control; spirits delivery permit. Creates a spirits delivery permit that would authorize the permittee to purchase spirits from the Board and to deliver the spirits to the business premises of a mixed beverage licensee. Upon written authorization by any mixed beverage licensee, the permittee may purchase the spirits directly from the Board using its own business checks and credit cards, provided the mixed beverage licensee makes payment at or before the time of delivery.
