Description

Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority Compact. Amends the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority Compact to comply with certain federal requirements; increases the number of directors on the WMATA Board; establishes an Office of the Inspector General and provides for the duties of such office; and requires that certain payments made to WMATA to match certain federal funds be made from a dedicated funding source.
