Description
Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act; stormwater regulations. Requires that the Chesapeake Bay Local Assistance Board adopt regulations that treat swimming pools and any other impoundments of surface waters, including fountains and retention ponds, as permeable surfaces for the purposes of stormwater management.
