Description

Common Interest Community Board; membership. Clarifies that to be eligible for appointment to the Common Interest Community Board, common interest community managers must hold valid licenses issued by the Common Interest Community Board. The bill requires the Governor to make new appointments to the Board on July 1, 2009, to conform to the requirements of the bill. Read the Bill »
