Description
Income tax; toll payment tax credit. Provides a tax credit against individual income tax for taxpayers making electronic toll collection payments, such as Smart Tag/EZ Pass, during peak hour traffic flow periods in an amount equal to 10 percent of the total amount paid annually for tolls on Virginia highways, for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2009.
