Description

Charter; City of Petersburg. Amends the charter of the City of Petersburg by modifying election dates and nomination deadlines for city council elections, modifying the dates for election of school board members, decreasing the number of school board members from nine to seven, revising the terms of the city attorney from four years to service at the pleasure of city council, and increasing the number of members on the board of equalization from three to five.
