I would like to know why this bill failed? And why no one has resubmitted it. We are a all vol force with no pay the least you can do is let us get some Recognition for the work that we do HOOAH!!!!

This is actually a bit confusing here. This bill didn't pass, but the reason that it didn't pass was become it was combined with HB2534, which is a single bill that authorizes a bunch of special license plates. So while it's accurate to say that the bill has failed, it's more useful to say that its goal has been accomplished just the same. I've added that to the list of changes necessary to Richmond Sunlight.
