Description

Alternative on-site sewage systems. Limits a locality's ability to regulate septic systems by restricting localities from prohibiting the use of alternative on-site sewage systems that have been approved for use by the Virginia Department of Health and prohibiting the locality from requiring maintenance of such systems beyond the manufacturer's recommendations or regulation of the Department of Health.
