Description

Elections; provisional ballots. Provides that a provisional ballot cast by a voter whose name did not appear in the pollbook for the precinct where he voted on election day may be counted after election day if the voter is entitled by law to vote in that county or city and in one or more of the election districts on the provisional ballot.
