Description
Property; early termination of rental agreement by military personnel. Requires that a written notice of termination from a tenant who is in the military include a copy of the official notification of the orders or a signed letter confirming the orders from the tenant's commanding officer. Currently, the tenant is required to submit such copy or letter prior to the termination date. Read the Bill »
