Boiler inspections; immunity. Extends the protection of sovereign immunity to agents and special inspectors who are authorized by the Commissioner of Labor and Industry to conduct boiler inspections, but who are not employed or paid by the Commonwealth, subject to the provisions of the Virginia Tort Claims Act.
