Regional alternative education programs. Provides that a school division may assign a student deemed at-risk for a long-term suspension to a regional alternative education program. Also, clarifies that the program described by the section is a "regional alternative education program." Amends § 22.1-209.1:2, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
