Description

Alcoholic beverage control; mixed beverage licenses. Permits the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to grant annual mixed beverage special events licenses to local governments for use in a building owned by a local government and listed on the National Historic Landmarks Survey. The bill also increases from 12 to 16 the number of events in any one year that a mixed beverage limited caterer licensee may sell and serve alcoholic beverages.
