Description

Every Woman's Life Breast and Cervical Cancer Fund; established. Establishes the Every Woman's Life Breast and Cervical Cancer Fund (the Fund) to be used for the prevention and treatment of breast and cervical cancer for underserved and uninsured women in Virginia.
