Description

Birth control; definition. Adds definition of birth control. "Birth control" means contraceptive methods that are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Birth control shall not be considered abortion for the purposes of Title 18.2. Read the Bill »

Birth control pills give women the same rights as condoms give men. If the religious right doesn't like it then maybe they should turn their interests to more important issues like how we will survive the sudden economic downturn.
