Description

Department of Health Professions; submission of information. Expands the requirement to submit certain information to the Department of Health Professions to anyone licensed, certified, registered, or holding a multistate licensure privilege issued by a health regulatory board. Also allows the Department, and the Board of Nursing, to release any information for the purpose of bona fide research or education to qualified personnel, provided data elements that could reasonably identify a specific individual shall be deleted or redacted from such information prior to disclosure. Further, the release of such information shall only be made pursuant to a written agreement. Read the Bill »
