Lizabeth writes:

Bennie's been in the Monogohela National Forest too long. How about a bill to cut the VAS duct instead?

frances roehm writes:

How about just respecting the womans decision to terminate.

David Wright writes:

Did you read the bill? It doesnt infringe on a woman's ability to terminate the pregnancy. Not even close. It requires doctors to offer women the CHOICE of lessening the pain their unborn babies feel as they're being "terminated." How outrageous !

Cal writes:

What the hell does the Monogohela National Forest have to do with the price of eggs in China? We're in Virginia. That reference makes NO sense, nor does the "VAS duct" reference, which is why you're a idiot who most likely voted for Obama. And as for Frances...as DW said...READ THE BILL!!!! IDIOT!

Waldo Jaquith writes:

Cal, at the moment, you're the contender for the Least Useful Comment of 2009 award on Richmond Sunlight. Let's hope nobody tops you.

Mark Nelson writes:

Certain basics are a foundation where all other tenets of society are built. One of these basics is the notion for society to protect and defend those that are defenseless. How society views this responsibility shall guide its destiny as a rudder guides a ship. As the blue sky offers a backdrop to our living space, so shall these basic tenets serve society as it decides on its laws and morals.

Of course, our circle of compassion ought to include the welfare of the mother. However, certainly no should be killed.
