Description
Uniform Statewide Building Code; rental occupancy permits. Provides that the building official may revoke any rental occupancy permit issued when the owner has violated any provision of the Uniform Statewide Building Code on two occasions within a six-month period and the owner has failed to submit a plan to remedy the violation.
