Description
Fuels taxes; change in tax basis. Replaces $0.05 per gallon of the current fuels tax on gasoline, gasohol, and diesel fuel with a cents-per-gallon tax equal to five percent of the statewide average wholesale price of a gallon of self-serve unleaded regular gasoline. The change to the fuels tax rate would only occur if the statewide weekly average wholesale price of a gallon of self-serve unleaded regular gasoline falls below $0.99 per gallon. Read the Bill »
