Description

Administrative Process Act; required review of the feasibility of electronic submission of certain information. Requires every agency promulgating a regulation that requires the submission of documents or payments to examine the regulation to determine whether the submission of the required documents or payments may be accomplished by electronic means, and if so, consider amending the regulation to offer the alternative of electronic submission.
