Description

Graffiti abatement. Permits localities to charge a property owner for the cost or expenses of abating graffiti that occurs on his vacant property, and to collect such charges as taxes are collected. If the charges remain unpaid, they shall constitute a lien and become enforceable in the same manner as unpaid local taxes. Read the Bill »
