Description

Medicaid; eliminate MR and IFDDS Waiver waiting lists. Requires that the waiting lists for the Mental Retardation Medicaid Waiver and the Individual and Family Developmental Disabilities and Support Medicaid Waiver be eliminated by the end of the 2016-2018 biennium. Any reduction required during the current biennium is contingent upon an increase in the percentage in federal Medicaid funding received as part of a federal stimulus package. Read the Bill »
